Wisconsin's Next Pheasant Hunters

Welcome to the next generation in conservation and pheasant hunting enthusiasts. In efforts to help our younger generation play a larger role in our efforts to conserve and provide habitat for upland game, our chapter provides today's youth with opportunities to learn about what Pheasants Forever is truly about. Our chapter holds an annual Youth Game Fair every September, providing around 10 events for kids to learn more about conservation and the outdoors.  The Youth Game Fair is free of all to attend. Special accommodations are available for anyone that may have physical limitations. 

Youth Pollinator Projects

Our Youth Pollinator Habitat Program partners with local schools and clubs to educate youth about pollinators, habitat and wildlife.  The Kinnickinnic Chapter as held over 12 pollinator events, partnered with 6 local schools to improve 12 different sites.  

Youth Safety Programs

While we all like to have fun in the field and chase pheasants for miles, safety is one of the most important aspects. We promote and encourage hunter safety in the field. To participate in the shooting events at our annual Youth Game Fair participants must have their hunters safety certificate. Click below to view the Wisconsin DNR Hunter Safety Program
